Marketplace orders
NexaMart connects customers with verified independent merchants. Product details, availability, delivery coverage, and delivery rates are provided by each merchant.
Delivery
Delivery is available within Nigeria. Fees are calculated from product weight and each merchant’s rate for the selected state.
Order confirmation
Only mark an order as received after the complete package has arrived. Contact NexaMart Support if an order is missing, damaged, or different from its listing.
Privacy and safety
Never share your password in chat or by phone. NexaMart Support will not ask for it. Account and delivery details are used to provide marketplace services and support.
